01 — The approach

Two loss mechanisms. One integrated fix.

Most of a diesel engine's wasted energy comes from two places: fuel that doesn't fully combust, and mechanical friction between moving metal surfaces. Aether addresses both simultaneously — one at the point of combustion, one at the metal itself.

LOSS 01

Incomplete combustion

Under high thermal and mechanical load, clustered hydrocarbon chains burn incompletely — releasing energy as soot and heat instead of motion. Filtering the fuel before injection restores a cleaner, more complete burn.

LOSS 02

Mechanical friction

Microscopic asperities on internal metal surfaces generate friction, heat, and wear that compound over an engine's life. Hardening and smoothing those surfaces at the molecular level reduces parasitic loss and degradation.

02 — Industries

One verified system, across diesel-powered industries.

The same aeBooster electronic fuel filter and Duravi engine catalyst apply wherever diesel does the work. What changes is the duty cycle and the price of fuel — the 6% verified floor doesn't.

How it works

How the electronic fuel filter works.

The aeBooster is an inline electronic fuel filter for diesel engines. It installs on the fuel line between the tank and the engine and acts on the fuel in the moments before injection for a cleaner, more complete burn — no ECU connection, no moving parts, and no change to the fuel you buy.

STEP 01

Installs inline on the fuel line

The passive unit is fitted between the fuel filter and the engine and wired to a standard 12V/24V supply. Installation takes under three hours, with no ECU connection and no calibration change — your warranty stays intact.

STEP 02

Filters the fuel electronically

As diesel flows through, the electronic fuel filter improves how finely the fuel atomizes before it reaches the injectors. Independent lab droplet analysis measures this as finer atomization — smaller, more numerous fuel droplets.

STEP 03

Burns cleaner and more completely

Better-atomized fuel burns more completely in the cylinder: less soot and unburned fuel, lower consumption, and cleaner exhaust. The result is verified on your own telematics during a pilot — to a 6% minimum, or you don't pay.

03 — Independent validation

The science behind the stack.

Mechanisms verified by independent laboratories using controlled dyno testing, electron microscopy, and EMC certification — not internal estimates.

6% CO₂ · 8% NOx

Engine-dynamometer test on a PSA DV6DTED powertrain (report LMV-2018-11-I-1) verified a 6% CO₂ reduction and an 8% NOx reduction at specific operating points.

RTI Laboratories
1138 HV vs 901 HV

SEM / EDS analysis measured Duravi-treated wear surfaces at 1138.1 HV versus 901.2 HV for a premium 5W-20 benchmark — and a 50% thinner sub-surface fatigue ("white") zone.

06 — Verification protocol

We don't ask you to take the data on faith.

Every claim is re-established on your own equipment, using the telematics you already run, before any fleet-wide commitment.

PHASE 01

Baseline model

We build an efficiency model from your existing fuel and telematics data. No site visit required.

PHASE 02

Install

The full stack is fitted to a pilot unit you select, at our cost, during a normal service window. The asset stays on rotation.

PHASE 03

Measure

Fuel consumption is tracked on your own Samsara, Motive, or Geotab data for 3–14 days. We read the same numbers you do.

PHASE 04

Decide

If the data confirms the threshold, you scale on your terms. If it doesn't, the equipment is removed.

Verification standard: a minimum 6% diesel reduction per unit, confirmed against your own SCADA or telematics — not our instruments. If a pilot unit doesn't meet it on your data, the equipment is removed and no invoice is issued.
07 — About

Built around verifiable proof.

Aether Fleet Solutions exists because the fleet fuel-efficiency market is full of claims and short on proof. We took the opposite approach: engineer a system grounded in independent laboratory science, then prove it on the customer's own equipment before asking for a commitment.

Our Operational Immunity Stack pairs an electronic fuel filter with a bio-based surface catalyst to attack the two largest controllable costs on a fleet's P&L — fuel and maintenance — without touching the ECU, the warranty, or the driver's routine.

The standard we hold ourselves to is simple: a minimum 6% verified fuel reduction, measured on your telematics, or you owe nothing.

Aether Fleet Solutions (The Woodlands, Texas — founded 2022) is an authorized distributor of the Booster eSaver, Duravi, Inc., and Flex-O ECO product lines.

08 — FAQ

Common questions from fleet operators.

What is an electronic fuel filter, and how does it work?
An electronic fuel filter is an inline stage on the diesel fuel line that helps the fuel atomize finer and burn more completely on its way to the engine. The aeBooster is a passive inline electronic fuel filter — no ECU connection, no moving parts — installed on the fuel line in under three hours. It doesn't change the fuel you buy; it changes how completely that fuel burns.
Will this void my engine warranty?
No. The aeBooster is a passive inline device with no ECU interaction, no engine modification, and no calibration change, so it shouldn't affect your OEM warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer can't void a warranty simply because an aftermarket part is fitted. Duravi is a USDA Certified Biobased, non-toxic oil additive.
What warranty comes with the aeBooster?
The aeBooster carries a 2-year warranty covering free replacement and installation. Coverage can be extended by an additional 3 years — 5 years total — for an added cost. The warranty is conditional on maintaining the system: the Duravi catalyst must be reapplied on schedule. If Duravi products are not reapplied, the warranty is voided.
What does the device warranty cover?
Every aeBooster ships with a 2-year warranty that includes free replacement and free installation if a unit fails. You can extend coverage by up to 3 additional years, for a maximum of 5 years total. Device coverage is conditional on applying Duravi once per year — the electronic fuel-filter hardware and the Duravi treatment work as a single system, so keeping the annual Duravi application current is what keeps the warranty in force.
Does it modify or connect to my ECU?
No. There is no ECU connection and no recalibration. The system is EMC-certified to EN 50498:2010, confirming zero negative electromagnetic interference with onboard electronics.
How is the 6% reduction verified?
On your own data. During the pilot, fuel consumption is tracked through your existing telematics or SCADA — Samsara, Motive, Geotab, or similar — for 3–14 days. We read the same numbers you do. If a unit doesn't meet the 6% threshold on your data, the equipment is removed and no invoice is issued.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is scoped per fleet rather than sold online — it depends on your number of units, engine classes, and deployment plan. We provide a tailored quote after the evaluation, and the pilot unit is installed at our cost, so you only commit once your own data confirms the savings.
Is Duravi safe for hazmat and oilfield operations?
Yes. Duravi is USDA Certified Biobased, non-toxic, and non-hazardous at point of use, with no special disposal protocols beyond normal lubricant handling — suitable for fleets operating under hazmat authority.
What engines and vehicles are compatible?
The stack is universally compatible with most diesel engines, including Class 8 trucks, marine engines, and heavy equipment. Installation takes under three hours per unit and requires no change to driver behavior.
