The Site provides general information about Aether's products and services for commercial fleet operators. It is intended for business and informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, warranty, or binding commitment except where we enter into a separate written agreement with you.

Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute engineering, legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice. You should evaluate suitability for your operation and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

3. Performance information and no guarantee

Performance figures, laboratory results, certifications, and field results presented on the Site reflect specific independent tests, manufacturer technical reports, and individual deployments under particular conditions. Actual results vary with engine, fuel, equipment, load, climate, duty cycle, and maintenance, and are not a guarantee of future performance.

The "6%" figure referenced on the Site is a commercial pilot-verification threshold measured on the customer's own telematics during an evaluation; it is not a guaranteed outcome. Any money-back or no-invoice statements apply only as described in, and are governed by, the specific written terms of a pilot or purchase agreement. Nothing on the Site is an emissions-control claim certified, approved, or endorsed by the U.S. EPA, CARB, or any regulatory agency, and no product is represented as reducing regulated emissions for compliance purposes.

4. Products and manufacturers

Aether is an authorized distributor of the Booster eSaver, Duravi, Inc., and Flex-O ECO product lines. Those products are manufactured by their respective companies, and certain test reports and data referenced on the Site were produced by third-party laboratories or by the manufacturers. Product names and marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those products.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, design, text, and graphics are owned by DJD Ventures LLC dba Aether Fleet Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation purposes. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

6. Your submissions

By submitting information through the Site (for example, the evaluation form), you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to your request and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
